Refunds and Returns Policy

At Happy Box Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order under the following conditions:

You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it ONLY if it is damaged or missing contents.
The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Options:
Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product.
Exchange: You can exchange the returned product for another product of the same value or the same product.
3. How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Processing Your Return:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 2-4 business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are non-returnable, such as personalized products or items marked as final sale.
